This week has been the hardest, I'm PMSing & I want to eat every junk food in sight. I'm really happy that I still managed to be down, I went to a cook out Saturday & I ate a lot of salty junk food. I paid for it yesterday with an upset stomach, my body is not used to eating junk anymore. I'm down 1.6 pounds from last Monday & a total of 6.6 pounds for 2 weeks. That's great! It's getting easier to eat healthy, in fact, fresh produce is just about in season so I won't have to spend and arm & leg at the grocery store! I still crave fast food but I like to find ways to create low calorie recipes that taste WAY better! Plus, I haven't been wasting money on junk food that makes me hate my body.
