Weekly Weigh In - Week 3

First, I want to thank all of my followers! You all are so kind & I love reading your comments and reading your blogs! Thank you so much!!!! <3
This week has been the hardest, I'm PMSing & I want to eat every junk food in sight. I'm really happy that I still managed to be down, I went to a cook out Saturday & I ate a lot of salty junk food. I paid for it yesterday with an upset stomach, my body is not used to eating junk anymore. I'm down 1.6 pounds from last Monday & a total of 6.6 pounds for 2 weeks. That's great! It's getting easier to eat healthy, in fact, fresh produce is just about in season so I won't have to spend and arm & leg at the grocery store! I still crave fast food but I like to find ways to create low calorie recipes that taste WAY better! Plus, I haven't been wasting money on junk food that makes me hate my body.
Please let me know if you have any questions about my diet, recipes.. ANYTHING!

  1. So proud of you for eating healthy. Do you ever drink beer? It is one of my biggest weaknesses.

  3. Congrats on your weight loss girl ! I'm trying to lose a few pounds too, I'm going to Ocean City,Maryland in three weeks and now it's crunch time. I stopped eating all junk food as well,and your right, it gets easier ! Good luck & great blog !

  6. Well done on your weight loss, I know exactly how tough dieting is. Keep up the good work and drink plenty of fresh water to keep the hunger pangs at bay.

  7. ugh I hate when I'm pmsing...best thing to do is get out for a run! on the bright side your metabolism will be faster than other times of the month! stay strong!!
