I hope you're having a nice Monday. The weather here has been rainy & humid. I won't complain because at least it's warm.
This is my second weigh in & my first full week of dieting. I've really stuck with the plan, 1400-1600 calories & 30 minutes of exercise 3-4 times a week. The worst day so far was yesterday. I hadn't sleep very well most of the week so I slept late & missed my usual breakfast time. I was so hungry all day. But, I did manage to stay within 1600 calories.
Here's the weigh in weight:
I'm pleased with this weight. Last week, I weighed in at 161.6 pounds. I know that 4.8lbs in one week will NOT be typical. I usually lose 1-1.5 pounds a week. I'm sure most of this weight was water & toxins. But hey, I'll take it!
It's been much easier than I thought it would be. I find it hard when I have a day off & I am home all day. It's like I am bored and need to eat all day. So I have been trying to keep busy. Work is a piece of cake, I'm so preoccupied with other things I have to remind myself to eat.
