Food Prep is Exhausting!!!

Every Sunday is grocery day & food prep for the week. This saves me huge amounts of time, i can just grab a few baggies of different vegetables in the morning & leave. I always try to get as many fresh and organic vegetables as I can. Then I wash, cut & weigh them into 100 gram baggies so I can log them easier. Sometimes I also do this with cooked chicken.
Here's some of what I picked up. Celery, carrots, broccoli, cabbage & cauliflower. This is just my prep veggies, I know there's romaine lettuce, tomatoes & a bunch of other stuff in my fridge.

Here's my fridge! Keep in mind, all of those fruits are things that don't fit in the fruit drawer. I know I have like 15 apples & 10 lemons in there! I scored strawberries buy one get one free, raspberries for $2.50 a pint & blueberries for $2.50. You can also see that I stocked up on yogurt, i had a coupon for buy 10 get $1.00 off. Please note that the Grape Soda is NOT mine, my boyfriend drinks it like water!!!

I love to make homemade soups & I can make individual servings with the baggies! Right now I'm loving homemade cabbage soup with cabbage, celery, tomatoes, garlic & cayenne pepper! So GOOD!!
