Weekly Weigh In - Week 2 (Again!)

I'm really surprised that I'm down almost a pound. I did really well Monday-Friday, but I ate really terrible Saturday and Sunday.Plus, I didn't sleep well at all last night. I didn't fall asleep until 3;30 AM and I tossed and turned all night. I maybe got 3-4 hours of sleep, which is crazy considering I usually sleep 8-10 hours a night. We had company yesterday so we grabbed something quick (McDonald's) and today I am suffering for it. Every time I eat fast food I get a terrible cramp in my stomach the whole next day. You think I would learn!

I'm trying not to be as strict because I'm PMSing and bloated. I'm down so I can't really complain but I REALLY need to step in up because I'm going to have to go wedding dress shopping in the next few months. I'll keep you posted!
