Healthy Eating (plus my Meal Plan)

I think last week I did a post on how I have been eating really healthy. I haven't been weighing myself lately because find that I get too caught up in the number on the scale. I also haven't been working out because my gym membership doesn't renew until tomorrow, so I have been staying between 1200-1400 calories. I weighed myself for the first time in 11 days & I am down 8.6 pounds! I am so excited & motivated!
I started at 163 pounds (the heaviest I have been in a LONG time) and today my scale hit 154.4 pounds. I have also been eating 8 servings of vegetables & 2 servings of fruit (only with breakfast), drinking a gallon of water a day & not eating after 10 pm.
I have found that the more vegetables I eat, the less hungry I feel. My snacks consist of celery, carrots & campari tomatoes (my favorite!). I also gave myself a cheat meal today which was Panera Bread broccoli cheddar bread bowl but I ate healthy the rest of today & stayed under 1400 calories.

I feel like a cheat meal each week keeps me sane & I actually look forward to having something "bad". My husband & I also cook at home each night. A few days ago we did a beef roast in the oven with taco seasoning & made beef tacos. We have been trying not to waste anything, so we used the leftovers & made beef, brown rice & pinto bean bowls. I used 1/2 cup brown rice (made with vegetable broth), 1/2 cup pinto beans & 3 ounces of the roast, I loaded it with lettuce & tomatoes, threw about and 1/8 of a cup of reduced fat cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons of light sour cream (I hate fat free) & a teaspoon of Cholula Hot Sauce. It was so delicious, easy & filling, in fact, I ate the rest of the rice & beans for lunch today.
I found a recipe for Skinny Cheesy Vegetable Chowder & decided I have to try it. You can find the original recipe here. It's full of veggies & it tastes delicious. So here's my run down for breakfast, lunch & dinner tomorrow:
Breakfast (I eat at 2pm because I am not a morning person!):
1 cup Multi Grain Cheerios
1/2 cup Lactaid 2% milk
100 grams of fresh strawberries
2 Cuties mandarin oranges
Lunch # 1 (I eat this at 5pm):
1/2 cup pinto beans
1/2 cup brown rice
1/4 cup reduced fat shredded, mild cheddar
2 tablespoons of light sour cream
1 teaspoon of Cholula Hot Sauce
1 cup of romaine lettuce
1/4 of a cucumber
Lunch #2 (I eat this at 7 pm):
1 cup Cheesy Vegetable Chowder
2 cups of romaine lettuce
5 campari tomatoes
2 tablespoons of light Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
3 oz of baby carrots
Dinner ( I eat this at 9 pm because I work 12-8 most days):
3 oz. of extra lean ground beef
1 whole wheat hamburger roll
1 teaspoon of Hellman's Mayo (I will only eat this kind!)
1 tablespoon of sugar free Heinz ketchup
1 cup of frozen green beans (5 sprays of I Can't Believe it's not Butter)
3 celery stalks
This is a little less clean than I usually eat, but I have been craving cereal SO bad. The total calorie intake for tomorrow is 1427, 3 servings of fruit & 10 servings or vegetables.
I hope this helps!

Healthy Eating

I have really been trying to get back into shape, after the wedding in October, I fell off the wagon. I had lost almost 20 pounds & then I just got lazy! Well, I got bronchitis & then I had the flu and right after that, I had shingles. I had shingles on my lower back and thigh area & I wasn't allowed to workout for 4-6 weeks. That was just awful & now I have gained every pound back.
So, for the last week I have really been sticking to eating clean (with 1 cheat meal per week!). And my gym membership renews March 1st so I will be able to get back to working out. I'm a bridesmaid in my sister in laws wedding in August & I would LOVE to lose 20 (30 would be even better!) pounds by then. Just for the record, I'm 5'8" and clocking the scale at 160-165 pounds right now. That's super high but I was indulging on fast food & junk like it's my job. I find that if I prep the night before (or 2 nights before) it makes my life easier, I can just grab and go in the morning.
This is a typical breakfast & lunch for me. I usually eat vanilla greek yogurt with 100 grams of strawberries & 100 grams of blueberries for breakfast. I do switch it up though, some days I will have oatmeal with fruit, others I will have eggs & toast, it just depends on the day. Yogurt & fruit are ideal for work, I can grab it & eat it at my desk. I eat my breakfast late, I am not a morning person so I usually eat it around 1 pm.
I eat 2 lunches, one at 3:30 pm, the other at 6 pm. I usually will snack on some celery or carrots in-between. Any crunchy veggie will hold me over. Lunches vary, I mostly pack leftovers if we have any but I always have a salad with one of the two meals. Tomorrow, I am having a salad (light dressing) with homemade vegetable soup first & then fresh green beans & salmon/sweet potato patties. I weigh & measure everything while I am packing & then I log the calories into Spark People. I like to eat eggs for lunch, I'm not fond of meat so I also eat a lot of beans. Fat free re-fried beans on whole wheat tortillas with cheese, hot sauce & light sour cream is a favorite of mine. Tuna on my salad is something I eat often & I love baked potatoes with a little butter, reduced fat cheese & light sour cream.
Dinner consists of a lean protein (chicken, pork, lean beef or turkey), a starch (brown rice, whole wheat pasta or sweet potato) and LOTS of veggies. I like asparagus & frozen green beans most. Tomorrow I'm making split pea & ham soup. All homemade, so no added crap! A few of our favorites are chicken tacos (homemade taco seasoning= less sodium), any kind of bean soup, potato soup, shredded beef tacos, pulled pork, roasted turkey breast and roast beef. We use our crock pot 2-3 days a week, it makes my life SO much easier! Since my husband is laid off right now, he does most of the cooking & he's super good at it!
Snacks are usually apples with almond butter (I hate peanut butter but sometimes I choke it down, only natural!), celery with light blue cheese dressing, baby carrots, snap peas. I also like to eat lean Lebanon bologna with some cheese wrapped inside, turkey pepperoni with cheddar cheese or greek yogurt. I try to keep processed foods to a minimum, so it's usually vegetables. I also don't eat fruit later in the day because it is high in sugar.
Right now, I'm not working out, so I am trying to stay at 1200-1400 calories. I'll keep you updated on my progress, let me know if you have any questions!

Weight Update!

Yikes! I'm up 2 pounds! However, those are good pounds! Saturday was my 25th birthday & I went all out! I had Chinese food, sushi, french fries, ice cream & lots more yucky foods! I'm not stressing, I've been working my butt off. I can see results & that's really all that matters to me.

I also started Supreme 90 Day System (you can see my original blog post there). I will be reviewing each of the videos once I do each one at least once. Dustin & I have both been doing them & we are on day 7. It REALLY kicks your ass! Tabata Inferno & Cardio Challange are killer workouts. I'm buying a heart rate monitor this weekend so that I can track how many calories I am actually burning with each video. You'll be amazed at how much these videos rock! (And for $20, it's way cheaper than P90X!) I will post before pictures, 30 days in, 60 days in & 90 days.

So, Dustin surprised me with these boots for my birthday & I ordered my airbrush makeup kit from Dinair. I can't wait to recieve it because I already have 2 weddings booked!
I have lots of eye looks to post!
Talk to you soon,

Monday Weigh In

Happy Monday!

I woke up late, so I did a very natural eye. I used the knock off Naked palette from Forever 21. I've been using the Maybelline Ultra Liner in Brown a lot lately. I like the brush better, it's smaller & you can make a super thin cat eye with it. It's a really rich chocolate brown color, and the consistency is alright. It's a little watery for me but it dries super quick.

I used gold on the lid with a burgundy on the crease.
So, I don't understand weight loss. I have eaten healthy & worked out everyday & I was at the same weight. I didn't work out Saturday (well, we went bowling but didn't get cardio in) & we had a Super Bowl party yesterday & I ate so bad. Lots of buffalo chicken dip, taco dip & chips. We played Dance Central for Kinect with our friends but again, no time for cardio. How the hell did I weigh in at 155? I'm not complaining, but wow. I literally did a happy dance in the bathroom today! I do know why I don't eat junk food though, i had a terrible stomach ache, my face broke out & I feel so sluggish. I was glad to have my green smoothie & healthy food today!

My birthday is Saturday & my amazing future hubby surprised me with this gorgeous white & black diamond heart necklace. He's such a great guy!

I hope you have a wonderful night!

Monday Weigh In

Heyyyy!

I hope you guys had a great week.

So I've been eating healthy & working out.. can someone please tell me why I am at the exact same weight as last week!? I hate weeks like this because it feels like all the hard work is doing nothing. I've been doing really well, I did have one cheat day but nothing serious. Just a few 100 calories over. I've also been getting up earlier & getting a workout in before I go to work & then another workout in the evening. I'm starting with 15-20 minutes each session & I'd like to work up to 45 minutes each session. Guess I'll just have to keep on keeping on!

So I am officially obsessed with my green smoothies! I actually crave them at night when I am lying in bed! I've been playing around with flavors & this is my current favorite. Light OJ, water, frozen peaches, spinach, banana, strawberry, raspberry & blueberry!

It looks like slimy pond water! Once you get past the gross appearance it is heaven! I used a small E.L.F palette that I got around Christmas for my eyes. It's a light teal & a dark tel with MAC Shroom on the entire lid.

Look how long my hair is! Disregard the regrowth.. my birthday is coming up & I'm waiting to get it done! :)

Have a lovely day!

Sunday Funday!

Hello!

I hope that you are enjoying your Sunday!

So, I haven't been able to get my pictures to post but it looks like everything is fixed now. I weighed in today because I have been horrible lately! I ate terrible Monday, Tuesday & Thursday. I finally feel like I can get back on track. I don't know, I've got a few things going on. I had to go to to the doctor's because I have this lump on the back of my neck that just showed up out of nowhere. It was so sore I couldn't move my neck. They think it's swollen lymph nodes & it really could be a virus, bacterial infection or even a food allergy. I've been on high dose antibiotics & it has shrunk but it's still there & tender to the touch. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it goes away & I don't have to go back for blood work. I've had no other symptoms & it came overnight on Monday. So weird!

Anyways, back to my weight.. I can't believe I'm down. I've really been eating a lots of fruits & vegetables, plus cooking every night. I haven't been staying within my calorie range, I've been trying but it's been SUPER hard.

Green smoothies have been all the rage lately & I decided to jump on the band wagon. It's taken me 4 days to get the nerve to try it because I was scared!! First off, I'm not a huge fan of spinach. I like it cooked in things but I can't just eat it raw. Anyway, I bought a bag of baby spinach & I didn't want to see it go bad so I thought I'd try it for breakfast! I used 1/4 cup low calorie orange juice, 1/4 2% lactose free milk (I'm lactose intolerant), 1 small frozen banana, 1/2 cup spinach, 3 strawberries & a few raspberries.
I can't even tell you how delicious this is! You can't even taste the spinach! Tomorrow I'll add a cup of spinach but I started small! Plus it's 3 servings of fruits & veggies (I try to eat at least 7-8 a day!) for 118 calories! It looks a little gross but it's so good. I read where you can add honey, but thought it tasted just fine. You should try it!!

Yesterday, I had this whole hippie/bohemian vibe going! The shirt I wore was a tunic with paisley print in bright purple & royal blue. I wore it with leggings & my royal blue boots. I wore my hair wavy, in a side ponytail with a braid to the side.

I used NYX's Champagne with MAC Club at the crease. I used Maybelline's Lash Stilleto in Blackest Black for the eyeliner (my usual!).

Have a wonderful day!

I'm Back!

Happy Monday!

I weighed in today at 157. I'm happy, I'm down 1.8 pounds this week. I was hoping to be down a little bit more, however, I'm PMSing and I tend to weigh in higher. I'd love to hit 150 by my birthday (Feb. 11). That would be the perfect birthday girt for 2012!

I wanted to show you my outfit of the day. First off, my mirror is broken, and it sits on a box filled with shoes (ghetto, but it works!) And my room is trashed! Saturday is my cleaning day this week! The shirt is from Body Central, I have it in dark blue also. It was $9.80. Jeans are from Forever 21 & I picked up the shoes (which happened to match the shirt exactly) for $3 on clearance at H&M awhile back.
Nothing exciting makeup wise today. My usual winged liner with teal accent at the crease. I used a Wet N Wild palette ( I Dream of Greenie) which is awesome! I really hate how pale I am so I will be hitting the tanning salon & resorting back to sunless tanning this coming week.
Wowza, my hair look awful! It was super frizzy & it was windy as hell outside! Plus I can't take how pale I am, I HATE it!!

I hope you have a great day!

What's On My Plate?

I'm sorry! I've been focusing on my weight loss A LOT & neglecting everything else! I do put makeup on & do my hair each day but I don't do anything exciting! I want to bring you into what's going on with my weight loss! Tomorrow will be 4 weeks & I feel happy, in control & more than anything I'm motivated! These 4 weeks have NOT been easy. I've struggled with trying not to binge & making healthier choices.

This blog post is about what I eat on a regular basis & what I'm working towards. So I'll start with all the goods!

First off, if you like desserts & ice cream, you have to try Skinny Cow products. They are delicious. The ice cream is so good that even Dustin loves them! I usually pick up the Cookies & Cream Truffle bars & the Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwiches. They range from about 120-150 calories, but they are the perfect treat for after dinner!

I eat pre-packaged meals about twice a week. I try to stay under 300 calories & then I include a piece of fruit. I love Smart Ones, but they are expensive so i usually grab what is on sale. Lean Cuisine had a sale 5/$10 which is a steal because Smart ones are almost $3 each! I love the Key Lime Pie dessert cups, Macaroni & Cheese & Lasagna Florentine from Weight Watchers. They are all so good! I picked Lean Cuisine this time (which I haven't tried, but I've heard great things about!).I love fruit! Winter sucks because fresh produce is expensive & usually crap quality. However, the store had strawberries buy one, get one. I grabbed four packages (I cut the other 2 packages up & split them into tupperware for lunches!) I also picked up raspberries which are my favorite! They were on sale for $2.99 (these sell for $5 sometimes!). You can't beat fresh fruit, it fills you up & tastes awesome!
More fruit! I am hooked on Cutie's Clementines! They are small enough to throw in my purse, easy to peel & sweet! I get a case a week, they are expensive but so worth it. I eat about 2-3 a day, mostly with breakfast or for a snack to hold me over when I'm starving!

And this is one of my favorite things to cook (and eat!)! This is homemade Spicy Vegetable Soup. I use canned diced tomatoes (no salt added) & reduced sodium chicken broth, I allow them to simmer with a few spices ( Mrs. Dash, cayenne pepper, parsley, black pepper & garlic powder) then I add fresh onions, garlic, green beans, celery, carrots & cabbage. I cook for about 20 minutes & then enjoy! You can change it up too! Sometimes I add sweet corn or asparagus, whatever is in my fridge. You can keep the cayenne out if you don't want it spicy. I make it in small batches & then take it to work. It is so much healthier than processed soups!

What are you favorite healthy foods or recipes?

keep your fingers crossed that my weigh in is down tomorrow!

Have a great night!!

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!

We went out but I didn't drink because I am really sticking to eating healthy & changing my lifestyle. Yesterday, Dustin worked so I went with my parent's to visit my Grandma (she lives about 2 hours away) & spent the day with my family. I id give myself a "cheat" day. It's the holidays!

I started my "diet" (I prefer to call it a lifestyle change) 3 weeks ago from today. I started at 164.4 & today I weighed in at 158.8. So even over Christmas & New Year's I've managed to be down 5.6 pounds. That's amazing. Sorry I haven't posted my weight, my scale broke. I picked up a new one with my Christmas money a couple days ago.

I have a feeling that 2012 is going to be an amazing year! I'm ready to get healthy, get married & live happily ever after!!!
Thanks for following!

Merry Christmas!

It's been a busy few days but I wanted to wish all of you that celebrate a very Merry Christmas (and for those of you who don't Happy Holidays!). Dustin & I had a great day with both families. Of course, my mom spoiled us both! My whole living room is filled with gifts. We didn't get each other much because we really don't need anything, just a few small gifts. I did get a chance to shop yesterday & I bought myself an adorable pair of booties & a new wallet (I needed one so bad!). I'll be doing a post on them soon!
He looks like such a hard ass but he's such a softie! :)
I gave myself Christmas & yesterday to stray away from my diet, but I am back on today. I felt so awful because I binged but I'm so glad to be back. It's so hard to try & be healthy over the holidays but if I don't start now I'll never reach my goal!
I'm so excited for 2012! I'm getting married! We've been engaged 2 years & all the planning will finally be over!
Have a wonderful day!

Monday Weigh In

Am I the only one who hates Mondays? Seriously, they are always the worst day! This week is already stressful, I haven't even starting Christmas shopping. I guess it will all get done.

I weighed in at 164 last Monday. I was super happy when I stepped on the scale this morning. I'm down 7.2 lbs! I've stayed on track all week & I've been at about 1,200 calories each day. Honestly, I haven't been super hungry, so it's been fairly easy. I haven't worked out for a few days, I've been lazy. Hopefully I'll get back on track tomorrow.

This is from a few days ago. I used all the new NYX products I purchased at Ulta & I have another shipment coming from Cherry Culture tomorrow.
I used Lash Stiletto as liner, NYX's Ultra Pearl Mania in Sky Pink Pearl over the entire lid & NYX's Copper on my crease. I also used NYX's Mocha Blush.

Have a great night!

Happy Hump Day!

Hi Dolls!

I hope that you're having a great day!

I wanted to keep you updated on everything. I have been working out, although I wanted to do an hour of cardio each day, I just couldn't make it! I have been doing 30 minutes each day, I guess it's better start slow & work your way up. I guess I haven't really paid attention to how out of shape I really am. 30 minutes is better than nothing right!? I've been eating really healthy & drinking nothing but water with lemon.

Here's today's look:

I used MAC's Shroom (as always!) on my lid & a gold brown on my crease from a palette I got at Forever 21. It was a knockoff Naked palette & I really like it. I used Maybelline's Ultra Liner in Black. I guess this eyeliner is okay. It's got a small brush applicator which is perfect for thin lines (cat eye) but it takes much longer to dry than my Lash Stiletto.

I would wear this for a pin up look but with red lips. Since I was going to work, I decided to tone it down with NYX's Beige (Mega Shine Lip Gloss). I adore that lip gloss, but don't let the name fool you, it's more pink than beige!
Have a great night!

Mondayyyyy

Happy Monday!

I don't know what it is about Monday's but I'm always cranky! I think it's more that I've been having reoccuring insomnia bouts this month. I slept 6 hours total last week & I'm miserable when I don't get enough sleep. Thankfully, I took a sleeping pill last night & got a full 12 hours of sleep. I feel better but I am groggy today.

As promised, I did weigh in today. I forgot to take a picture but it was 164 lbs. WOMP WOMP. I'm 4 pounds away from my heaviest weight ever. I'm not surprised, I've really let myself go. But now I'm completely motivated to get this weight off!

I'm not concerned about the number on the scale. I want to get toned more than anything. (I'd love to see a little weight loss though!) My routine will start today. I'll be doing an hour on the elliptical everyday & then 30-45 minutes of weight lifting, 3 days a week. I plan on starting Supreme 90 Day System (You can read more about it here!) on 1/1/12. So from now til then, I want build my body up to be able to work through that! If I would do that now, I'd probably die of a heart attack!

Today's Look:

I switched up my regular black liner & used Maybelline's Ultra Liner in Brown. I used MAC's Shroom on my entire eyelid & then MAC's Club in the crease.

"Club" is such an amazing color. Some days it looks more green, others more brown. It's a lighter color but you can really bulid it up. Plus, I love MAC's eyeshadows. They are super blendable & easy to work with. I don't have any MAC stores close (closest is an hour & a half away) & I refuse to buy expensive eyeshadow without swatching them first, so I have very few MAC eyeshadows.

I hope you have a great night!

Pain is inevitable, Suffering is optional.

It's been a little while, I hope that you've been well!

I have a few pictures from this week.

First, we'll start with a look that I really like. I used MAC's Shroom all over my lid & applied the crease color from Wet N Wild's "I Dream of Greenie". I used my typical black eyeliner & face routine. I love the teal color. It was subtle but still enough color to be fun!

You can see it much better in this picture.
The teal really makes my eyes look bright. I'm lovvvving it!

So, I've started eating healthy & working out. I also bought myself an early Christmas present & splurged on elliptical that should be here Monday. I've been trying to eat healthy without being too strict. I have too admit, I'm doing well. I track my calories on Spark People & I'm staying between 1,200-1,500 calories a day. My main concern is cutting out most of the processed junk & eating homemade, fresh meals. I've cut all soda &juice (which isn't hard for me) and I drink only water & unsweetened iced tea with lemon. I haven't been weighing myself (it discourages me) but I can feel a difference in the fit of my clothes. Dustin & I try to do at least 20 minutes worth of weight lifting & easy at home workouts (crunches, push ups & jumping jacks) each day.

Here's a few pictures of what I have been eating. I made an omelet with Canadian bacon, eggs & cheese and ate it with an apple. It was healthy and filling. I tend to eat a ton of eggs because they are so versatile. If I'm not eating eggs for breakfast, i will eat oatmeal or cereal or even leftovers from the night before. I like to stay at about 400 calories for breakfast.

It's hard to cook a healthy meal when you work late, but I've been taking my mini crock pot to work & cooking my meals at my desk. This was a leftover from the night before, i put a thawed chicken breast with salt & pepper in the bottom of my crock pot & then poured 2 cans of 98% Fat Free cream of mushroom soup over top. I added half a jar of mushrooms & allowed it to cook about 6 hours. I used mushroom flavored rice but I also love it over plain brown rice. It's about 500 calories for the whole thing & had some fresh asparagus with it.

I hope that I've given you some motivation & if you have any good crock pot recipes let me know, I'd love to try them!

Thanks for reading!

Have a great night!

Supreme 90 Day System

So, I am trying to get back to eating healthier & working out. I have been totally slacking. I don't know what happened to my motivation, I guess most of it went into moving but now, it's truly time to get focused & back on track. The wedding is now less than a year a away & it is crunch time.

My biggest problems are that I hate exercising & that I have no willpower. It's pure laziness to be honest. When I played Roller Derby, I was in the best shape of my life. We'd do 2 hours of straight skating & I would be drenched with sweat. Now, I get winded walking up a flight of stairs! I'm not really trying to lose weight, I've never been super skinny. I'm 5'8" & I typically wear a 9/10 jeans. I'd love to get toned without losing my curves. Lately, my diet has consisted of JUNK (chips, cookies, french fries..) and my self esteem has plummeted. It's now or never..

I saw an infomercial for "Supreme 90 day System" & I was instantly pulled in. I wanted P90X but I cannot justify spending $120 on workout DVD's that I might not use. This is a knock off P90X, it comes with 10 DVD's that are focused on different areas of fitness. The best part? It was $22.95 with shipping. I researched before purchasing (as I do with everything) & it got rave reviews. However, I heard the website is a huge scam. I ended up purchasing it through Walmart. You can't beat $22.95, even if I don't use it, I don't feel like I wasted a huge chunk of change.

It comes with the DVD's (the packaging is a little cheap, but for twenty bucks, I won't complain!) in a little flip book. Each are labeled with the workout.

From what I have read online, most of the DVD's run about 30-45 minutes. You do need to purchase a stability ball & dumbbells (both of which I already own) but you can pick them up for about $10 each. The workout names are as follows (and the times):

*Chest& Back – Warm Up: 4:19, Workout: 22:14, Cool Down: 5:57

*Ultimate Ball – Warm Up: 4:19, Workout: 30:33, Cool Down: 5:57

*Tabata Inferno – Workout: 37:45, Cool Down – 5:57

*Shoulders & Arms – Warm Up: 4:19, Workout: 32:49, Cool Down: 5:57

*Cardio Challenge – Warm Up: 4:19, Workout: 31:06, Cool Down: 5:57

*Legs – Warm Up: 4:19, Workout: 22:51, Cool Down: 5:57

*Total Body – Warm Up: 4:19, Workout: 23:17, Cool Down: 5:57

*Core Dynamics – Warm Up: 4:19, Workout: 18:06, Cool Down: 5:57

*Back & Bi’s – Warm Up: 4:19, Workout: 46:22, Cool Down: 5:57

*Chest, Shoulders & Tri’s – Warm Up: 4:19, Workout: 34:51, Cool Down: 5:57

It also comes with a Nutrition Guide. I probably will NOT use this because I am a picky eater & most meal plans include things that I don't like. I haven't had much time to look at it in depth but I know it includes meal plans & recipes.
It has a 90 day success chart that tells you which DVD to do on which day. I really want to do the whole thing for 90 days & see how many inches I can lose.

I'm hoping to start Monday. I recently fell down the stairs at my house & hurt my ribs so I'm hoping they will be healed completely by then. I like that you do a different DVD each day because I get really bored with things. This should keep my attention span longer than a week! I'll keep you updated on what I think of the DVD's and if I think I'll be able to stick to it or not. Monday I will be doing a weigh in & then each week following up with a weigh in and measurements.

Have you tried Supreme 90 Day System, P90X or Insanity.. did you have good results? I'd love to hear you thoughts & comments!

Have a lovely night!
