I totally lost 4lbs this week! Oh my gosh it has been so tough! I've been trying to stay within 1,500 - 1,800 calories each day, drinking 8-10 glasses of water and no less than 30 minutes of exercise 6 days a week. I'd like to get down to 130lbs before our wedding in October 2012. That means 26 more lbs to lose! I've been using Spark People (the website), which is absolutely awesome! You can log everything you eat and how much you workout each day. Plus my lovely boyfriend just bought me Wii Fit so I can use that. I also got the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. OMG, she rocks it! Here's a sample of my diet:
2 eggs scrambled (cooked in Pam) with 1 slice of Low calorie cheese and 1 piece of whole wheat toast (260 calories)
1 glass of water or unsweetened iced tea
Baby carrots with 2 Tbsp of Light hidden valley dressing (110 calories)
1 glass of water
1 Can of tuna
1 Tbsp light mayo
3 cups of romaine lettuce,carrots and cucumber mixed.
1 serving of Honey Teddy Grahams
1 glass of water (380 calories)
1 small cup of Greek Yogurt (110 Calories)
1 glass of water
6 oz chicken breast (seasoned with garlic salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and paprika) baked
1 cup brown rice cooked in reduced sodium chicken broth
1 cup asparagus with no calorie spray butter
1 cup string beans with no calorie spray butter (560 calories)
1/2 cup ice cream
10 pretzels (260 Calories)
Total calores= 1,680
I usually skate 3-5 miles outside or walk/run for 30 minutes on days that I don't have Roller Derby. On nights that I have Derby, I try to eat 1,800-2,000 calories because I burn up to 800 calories at practice. I also try to drink 80+ ounces of water because I sweat like crazy!
