Eyeshadows are from 120 Palette

Maybelline Colossal Lash Mascara in Black

Maybelline Lash Stiletto Liquid Eyeliner in Blackest Black (Top Eyelid)

Rimmel Kohl Liner in Black

Face:

Bare Minerals in Medium & Medium Beige

E.L.F Contour Blush & Bronzer

Lips:

NYX Round Lipstick in Pumpkin Pie

Nails:

So it's OPI and I have no idea what color. The bottom sticker is gone!? Oh well, the red is beautiful for fall!
