Oh hey, Lazy Eye!

This was today, I had a hell of a time getting good picture. It looks much better in person!

WTF am I so pale. Looks like I'll be at the tanning salon this week!

New Hair & Simple Eye Makeup!

I wore a very busy pattern on Easter so I decided to wear a simple smokey eye with glossy pink lips. (Um, why do I have one REALLY lazy eye!? HA!)

I finally had my hair done. We decided to get rid of most of the red and do a rich chocolate brown with caramel peekaboo highlights. I really like the color, but I'm missing my blonde hair!

Sideswept Hair

Hey!

This is from a fews ago, but I really liked my hair this day! I used a waving iron all over and teased the crown (with lots of hair spray!) then I took all of my hair to one side and bobby pinned it (covered the bobby pins with my hair) and threw a flower in. It took like 10 minutes tops!

I kept my makeup simple because I didn't want to look too "made up" for work. I just did heavy liner, pink on the cheeks & gloss.

Thursday Thoughts!

Hi Everyone!
I hope you are doing well.
Well, the weather here in PA is gorgeous, unfortunately, I am stuck at work! That’s okay, there will be may more days to enjoy spring/summer weather!
I’ve been trying to eat healthy & exercise for the past few weeks but I have failed miserably! In an attempt to keep myself motivated, every Monday I will weigh in & show you all the number on the scale. I’ll start this Monday with my first weigh in & hopefully I’ll be at my goal weight by October so I can go wedding dress shopping! I did splurge on a new pair of Reebok Run Tone sneakers and a bicycle. Now that the weather is nicer, I’m really going to try & stay active.

I can't wait for these bad boys to be delivered!!!
We’ve been looking for a new place, Dustin got a new job & our lease is up in June. We’ve found 3-4 places that we’re hoping to go look at. All I care about is the size of the closet!!! I have to say, it’s bittersweet. This was my first time living away from my parents but we’ve had so much fun making it “ours”. I love our landlord & we’re hoping that he’ll have another apartment available. I’d love a second bedroom that I could turn into a shoe closet/exercise room/ makeup room! (Of course, Dustin will not agree!)

Worst Blogger Ever?

Yes.. it's me. I'm taking this award! I'm sorry I've been MIA. As always, my life has been CRAZY!
I hope everyone had a great Easter. I got to spend the Holiday with all of my family. We drove about an hour North to my Dad's side (I rarely get to see them because it's so far.) We also spent the day with Dustin's family & my Mom's side. It was a great weekend that flew by.

I do have exciting news, Dustin & I are looking for a new place! My best friend will be moving in with us (um, EXCITED!) and we're hoping to get a 3-4 bedroom townhouse. I love our apartment now, but it's small and we're busting at the seams. Plus, we have no counter space in the kitchen. I'm super happy about the move though. I'm keeping my fingers crossed we find something soon!
